Born in Buffalo New York, I have always had two loves: animals and drawing. As a child I surrounded myself with whatever animals I could find within the confines of city living. Most of my free time was spent drawing, painting and nursing stray ducks or aging hamsters.
I work primarily in acrylics, but like to experiment with other medium when inspiration hits.
In the winter of 2003, I found a third love - running. It led me to places I've never been before.
Ideas for paintings multiply as the miles go by. Hopefully my healthier lifestyle will lead to a longer life, if the marathons don't kill me.
So little time, so much to paint!
"God is really only another artist. He invented the giraffe, the elephant and the cat. He has no real style. He just keeps on trying other things."
